If you’re in the beginning, middle or just outright flustered stages of your job search or career transition, here’s a little something for you. My next career coaching group is starting on August 2, and I only have room for 6 folks, so get yourself a spot ay-sap!
Getting the necessary information is helpful – but getting personal and group support to help you best implement, understand and quantify it, is the difference between being well-informed, and being the person who gets called back for the interview. A successful transition is about far more than just having all the right tools in place and working (and by all means, we will cover those) – it’s about staying motivated, and approaching the process from a place of confidence and enthusiasm, as opposed to desperation and obligation. Having the friendly support of your colleagues and coach is essentially what makes this process work so well.
If you’re looking for some support through the transition, and want a cost-effective solution, I encourage you to check out the group option. Even better, you will receive a 1 on 1 resume analysis session with me to take a personalized deeper dive into your individual challenges and goals, while also having a like-minded group of friendly colleagues with similar goals and interests to motivate you and bounce ideas off of.
Check out the Group Career Coaching program for more info, or if you’d like a nice-sized sample of the goods, join me for this free webinar on July 12.
